Truck Tonnage Index Decreased 1.4% in June 2010
Hire truck tonnage index has decreased 1.4% in June 2010 whereas the reduction of May was calculated 0.6% to 0.1%. The newest seasonal adjusted (SA) index was reduced from 110.1 in May to 108.5 in June. This is the first reductions since April 2009. Trucking activities are in good condition this year. The market is good from last year's market. In June 2009, the tonnage was increased to 7.6% but it was lower than May tonnage at 7.7%. The tonnage for this year is increasing compared to last year's tonnage during the same time period.
There are some downs in the economic market expansion. Manufacturing is working toward increasing their market and also trying to accomplish economic recovery. Few economic recoverys have taken place so far. This news has become the fastest growing news of the marketplace. It is receiving millions of comments of people.
