His well-rounded background includes: mechanic, owner operator, and brokering; and as of January 2009, his role with the company has expanded to a managerial position! Dennis oversees the Service Department and works cooperatively with Karin with respect to scheduling repairs and maintenance, dispatching service trucks, and handling customer questions, concerns and quotes...all geared toward assuring customer satisfaction.
